Arrival in Venice – Sunday, 6 September 2026
Welcome to Venice ! On arrival into Venice airport roll your luggage down the boardwalk to the dock where you will find your private water taxi waiting for you to take you into Venice And what a way to arrive in Venice Italy by sea ….the Water taxi is absolutely the best way to enter Venice. Speeding across the lagoon the city is just a smudge on the horizon at first. As Venice becomes larger and larger you can begin to distinguish buildings.
Before you know it, you're gliding into a canal-the buildings along the canal will have colorful flower boxes and laundry on lines between buildings flapping in the wind.
What do our clients say about arrival by water taxi? “It was a great introduction to the city and an amazing way to arrive into Venice. When we turned onto Venice's main boulevard the Grand Canal it was quite astonishing. The water taxi took us right to our hotel's dock - One of the most memorable entries into a city I've had in 50 years of travel”
Check in, unpack and relax. Join us for a Welcome Drink.
